The Jigglewatts Burlesque is Austin’s premier burlesque troupe winning national acclaim as a group and individually. The Jigglewatts bring Austin their favorite national performers. All of their dance numbers are intensely character-driven, giving a revealing glimpse into the personas they have created. More than just adopting cutesy stage names, each dancer has a captivating presence with which she infuses all actions.
Perhaps the strongest element of a Jigglewatts performance, however, is the attention to detail. From the music selection and editing to the precisely timed lift of an eyebrow, the balance of choreography to improvisation, the lighting design (where available), and let’s not forget the dazzling, custom-made costumes… each plays a vital role in the creation of The Jigglewatts world.

Carousel Cabaret Mission Statement
As an independent dance and costume show, we do all our own choreography, blocking, witing, directing and set design. Not only producing the entire show with sets, props, costumes and lighting design, but designing and applying the perfect makeup for each series of shows is one of the key strengths we possess. All of our girlies have ideal height and bodytypes for fashion, glamour and artistic photography, and faces to match. Our performers have experience on runways, in studios, and posing for fine artists.
